Yoga is to maintain and gain physical beauty. Yoga is actually beauty care. Beauty not just external but internal too. Natural beauty. Physical beauty, Mental beauty calmness of mind.

 Touch the tip of the little finger with the tip of the thumb while the other fingers are kept upright. Regular practice ensures an optimum level of water in the body and heals all ailments connected with dehydration.
Water is everything for beauty. Well hydrated body looks turgid and shining. Works as a good moisturizer..

Do like this in both hands and  deep breath in and out 10 times every day.
